1. GENERAL TERMS
★ Please write in a clear and understandable manner.
★ You must be over the age of 18 to commission me.
★ Age verification will be required if I ask. If you don't want to then I will not let you commission me.
★ Provide neat references, which includes a pose reference [if you have one] and a character reference.
★ Any rude behavior will not be tolerated and your commission will be canceled if that occurs.
★ If you fail to follow the rules provided i have the right to decline your commission.
2. PAYMENT
★ All commissions must be paid fully, upfront.
★ The currency i accept is USD.
★ I only use PayPal
[Bank transfers can be asked]
3. PROCESS
★ WIPS will be given for the customer decides if they like how the piece is going, if the customer wants more, they can ask.
★ Asking for changes is allowed during the process. Too much and it’ll result in extra charge.
★The time for the commission can take up to a month [or more] depending on many factors such as;
Health, complexity, work, school or other issues.
★ If any of the things stated above occurs, you will be notified.
4. CUSTOMER SATISFACTION
★ I will do everything i can to make my customers happy.
★ AFTER a commission is finished only minor details are allowed to be changed, such as small colouring/marking mistakes.
★ Make sure to be clear with your references
5. COPYRIGHT / USAGE POLICY
★ I, the artist hold every right to the produced drawing.
★ Therefore, i’m allowed to use the copyrighted artwork to;
✧ promote myself with in any place or site.
✧ To display it anywhere to my liking
✧ Post it wherever i want.
★If you want to tagged when the produced drawing is posted please notify me!
★ The commissioner are allowed to;
✧ Use the artwork for personal use only unless agreed otherwise.
✧ Print the art, and claim the right of their character(s), but not the artwork itself.
✧ Use the art to promote themselves with proper credit given to the artist.
★ If you break the copyright infringement in any way, every right you had to the artwork will be retracted.
★ The following is considered copyright infringement:
✧ Reproducing/using the work commercially (Meaning making money of it in any way)
✧ Taking credit for the creation of the work.
✧ Removing any watermarks/signatures. This falls under theft and will absolutely not be tolerated.
✧ Altering the artwork without my consent.
★ A purchase of commercial rights to the work will cost extra to the original price.
✧ With commercial rights you are allowed to make any sort of merch with the artwork. Use it in books, covers, props, change it to your liking and promote your own brand with. Clear credit is still required for usage of the artwork, even if altered or edited.
6.CANCEL/REFUND POLICY
★ Waiting time to refund is a month.
✧ I am neurodivergent and need time to finish things/or am busy without realising before starting commission.
✧You cannot request a refund before, only after a month later can you ask for one. [Refunds are only if absolutely necessary, I could take longer than a month or several because of my condition.]
★ I have the right to cancel and refund the money for your commission at any time.
✧ You have no right to demand a refund from the artist under any circumstance after payment is received.
✧ If money has not been sent the commissioner has the right to cancel the commission.
★ If you file a chargeback against me, your right to everything I have ever made for you will be retracted and i have the right to sell the artwork to new buyers.
✧ You will be forbidden to commission me ever again.
✧ Your name will be posted everywhere i want for others to watch out for.
✧ I also have every right to file a complaint and i have all right to the money you have given me.
